Should
you not be able to obtain a reference number/are unhappy with the
service you received, kindly supply your ward councillor with the
following information:

toll free number is available free of charge, 24/7 (all hours) for all residents to
report almost any Municipal complaint unless otherwise staed. It has been tested it from a pay-as-you-go phone with
zero airtime and the call still connected! Just ensure if you use your cellphone to make sure the battery is fully charged or your phone is on charge.
